Making Cards with the Scraps!!

I wish I were more disciplined with the scraps I had left over from every layout that I create! If only I would, I could have so many cute handmade cards stashed for whenever I needed one. Here is a cute card I created for a friend of mine using scraps from the July kit, which was perfect for making birthday cards!
